Design Department
We take our customer's wire frame or solids file and thoroughly inspect the part to establish any draft or undercut issues. We resolve these issues as quickly and painlessly as possible by working directly with our customer. Our mold design department will take the previously established part file and use parametric solids to create fully-designed and detailed mold layouts. Once approved by our customer, these designs go directly to manufacturing while the solid files will go to our programming department. Design Software Used Cimatron Pro/Engineer SolidWorks

Programming Department
	Our Programming Department will take the solids files directly in, and immediately start programming for both our Machining Department and our Wire EDM Department, along with designing and programming for any electrodes needed for the Sinker EDM Department. Scheduling Department
In order to ensure that each individual tool flows in and out of every department in the least amount of time possible, our team of skilled craftsmen meets regularly to plan out each individual tool from creation to completion. We provide our customers with progress reports weekly.
