If you do not see a Browse button to the right of the second form field then you must upgrade your browser. We only support this feature if you are using Netscape Navigator 2.x or later or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 or later.

If you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.02 and do not see the Browse button you will need to download and install the HTML File Upload update from Microsoft.
